While using our Services, Kozmosi gathers specific data as explained in this section. As elaborated below, both we and our third-party service providers (companies that work on our behalf) may employ diverse technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to aid in the collection of this information.

Upon utilizing our website, we capture and analyze details like your IP address, browser types, browser language, operating system, software, and hardware attributes (including device IDs), referring and exit pages, URLs, click count, page views, their sequence, date and time of usage, viewed content, total minutes watched, error logs, and similar data reflecting your interactions with the website.

When you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in (e.g., via a social network like Facebook or Twitter), you may grant us access to and store specific information from your social network profile. This might encompass details such as your name, gender, profile picture, your preferences, check-ins, and your friends' list, contingent on your settings on those platforms. If you prefer not to reveal this data, avoid using a social networking connection to enter the Services. By using this feature, you acknowledge that your activity can be viewed by your friends, followers, and subscribers on the enabled Social Networking Services.

We might obtain extra information, such as demographic and statistical data, from third parties like business partners, marketers, researchers, analysts, and other entities. This supplementary information could be attributed to you based on your categorization into specific statistical groups. We utilize this data to complement the information directly collected from you, aiming to discern your potential interests and furnish more pertinent experiences. This helps us enhance our products, analytics, and advertising while ensuring your satisfaction.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

To gather the data mentioned in the “INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH AUTOMATED METHODS” section above, we and our service providers utilize Internet server logs, cookies, tracking pixels, and similar tracking technologies. These technologies are employed to provide you with a more personalized experience in the future by comprehending and recalling your unique browsing preferences. Cookies are small text files that are positioned on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They enable us to: (i) recognize your device; (ii) retain your preferences and settings; (iii) comprehend the web pages of Kozmosi's Services you've visited; (iv) enhance your user experience by delivering and assessing the effectiveness of content and advertisements tailored to your interests; (v) perform searches and analytics; and (vi) aid in security and administrative functions.

As we integrate additional technologies, we may also amass information through other means. Please be aware that you can adjust your settings to notify you when a cookie is being set or modified, or to block cookies altogether. Refer to the “Help” section of your browser for more details (e.g., Internet Explorer; Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; or Apple Safari). Keep in mind that by blocking, disabling, or managing any or all cookies, you might lose access to specific features or offerings of Kozmosi's Services. For additional insights into our cookie usage, please review our Cookie Policy.

Online Analytics and Advertising

We might utilize third-party web analytics services (such as those from Google Analytics) across our Services to gather and analyze usage data through cookies and similar tools. These services aid in auditing, research, reporting, fraud prevention, and offering specific features to you. To prevent Google Analytics from using your data for analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here.

In case you receive emails from us, certain analytics tools like clear GIFs may be employed to collect data, such as when you open our message or interact with any links or banners within our email. This data helps us assess the effectiveness of our communications and marketing campaigns.

Our Services may incorporate third-party advertising technologies designed to deliver relevant content and advertisements on the platform and other websites or applications you use. These ads could be influenced by factors like the content of the page you're visiting, your age, gender, searches, demographic data, user-generated content, and other information we gather. These ads might also be based on your current or historical activity across various websites and online services, customized to your interests.

Third parties may also place cookies or tracking technologies on your device, such as ad networks and ad servers like Google Analytics, DoubleClick, and others. These parties may serve tailored ads to you as you browse the internet, and their tracking technologies could be present on your device while using the Services, assisting in this endeavor.

Please note that we neither control nor govern the usage of cookies or tracking technologies placed on your device by these non-affiliated third parties. If you seek more information about tailored browser advertising and wish to manage cookies for personalized ads, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link, or Your Online Choices. You can also opt out of Google Analytics for display advertising or customize Google display network ads on the Google Ads Settings page. It's important to understand that we do not control these opt-out mechanisms or whether particular companies participate in such programs. We aren't accountable for the choices you make with these mechanisms or their ongoing availability and accuracy. For additional ways to opt out of targeted advertising as per relevant law, please refer to the "Your Rights and Choices" section below.

Kindly note that if you exercise the options above, you may still encounter advertising while using the Services, but the ads won't be tailored to your online behavior over time.

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference available in certain web browsers. While we offer various opt-out mechanisms for third-party purposes, we currently don't acknowledge or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals. To learn more about Do Not Track, you can do so here. It's important to differentiate Do Not Track from the user “preference signal” mentioned in the “Your Rights and Choices” section below. This signal is a browser-based control indicating your decision to opt out of processing your data for specific purposes, like the “sale” of your information or disclosing your data for targeted advertising, in accordance with applicable laws.
